Workshop Purpose

This workshop is designed to move public procurement professionals from curiosity and uncertainty about AI to practical, real-world application of its benefits.  You will learn how to build your own AI assistant, learning how to use it to save significant time across the procurement lifecycle while maintaining compliance and defensibility.

Are You Ready to Save Hours on Every Solicitation?

Procurement teams are under constant pressure to move faster, stay compliant, and deliver better results with limited resources.  This hands-on workshop will show you how to build and use your own AI assistant to transform how you work!

What You Will Learn:

  • Understand how to think about AI as a practical tool, not a threat
  • Build a customized AI persona aligned with your role and organization
  • Use AI to develop scopes of work and requirements
  • Evaluate solicitations, including bid waivers, for compliance and defensibility
  • Create evaluation tools and scoring workbooks
  • Draft policies, SOPs, and internal guidance
  • Improve efficiency in eProcurement and reporting tasks

 Key Value Proposition

This is not a lecture!  Aran will help you develop tools you can apply immediately.

You will walk away with a working AI assistant and practical workflows that can save hours on every solicitation while improving compliance, consistency, and quality!

What you will Need

Preferably, all in person participants will bring a laptop (the recommended device for participating in class).  However, you can utilize a tablet or phone as well.  Virtual attendees will already be at a desktop or laptop, but it is recommended you have multiple screens to maximize your ability to follow along with activities and engage simultaneously.

Standard pricing: $200.00 per participant.
